CANCELLATION POLICY
Bare Babe Skin Studio Cancellation Policy At Bare Babe Skin Studio, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a private, elevated experience. To honor both your time and ours, the following policy is strictly enforced: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Late Cancellations Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. Card on File Requirement All appointments require a valid card on file. By booking, you authorize Bare Babe Skin Studio to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. Grace Period A 10-minute grace period is extended. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation, and the full service fee may still apply. Respecting the Experience Out of respect for all clients and the integrity of our schedule, exceptions are not made. This ensures every guest receives the time, care, and luxury experience they deserve.
